TAKE ACTION: Prevent Future Offshore Oil Spills

EDC is sponsoring Senate Bill 788, authored by Senator McGuire along with Hannah-Beth Jackson as a Principal Co-Author. This bill will close a loophole in California that allows oil drilling in State waters off our coast, and will stop Sunset/Exxon from drilling underneath a sensitive marine protected area offshore Vandenberg Air Force Base.
